DR. JEFFREY LEVINE
Dr. Jeff has quite a diverse educational and professional background. He has been participating in transformational work for himself and others for 40 years and has undergraduate degrees in Software Engineering and Organizational Management, a Master’s Degree in business psychology, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership specializing in Corporate Training and E-Learning. He has published work in the area of e-Mentoring and Telecommuting as Computer Programming.
Jeff is also in the process of becoming a certified practitioner in Traumatic Incident Reduction and Life Stress Reduction utilizing these in his coaching practice. He has taught high school and college classes in the subjects of Psychology, Language Arts, and Communication. He was an early innovator in social media leading seminars in using social media for business and marketing.
In addition to his duties as the Director of Training and Development of School for Training, Jeff teaches classes in Quality Assurance Testing, Computer Basics, Language Arts, and Communication. He is also currently coaching several clients on career and life skills. He has been married for 20 years. to his wife, Karen, with their two cats: Lucy and Ty.
RAMA G. SATRABOINA
Rama a Masters in Computer Science graduate has 20 years of hands-on certified Quality Assurance (QA) professional including 17+ years QA teaching experience with strengths in end to end automation implementation with data-driven framework, strategic planning, onsite/offshore team building, management and effective resource allocation, delivering quality product releases in alignment with company roadmap.
Rama has over 17 years of experience in Teaching Software Quality Assurance (QA) courses including Manual/BlackBox testing, WhiteBox testing, Mobile testing, Web Services/API Testing (SoupUI, AdvancedREST Client), Test Management Tools (ALM/QualityCenter/ TestDirector/JIRA), Automation Tools (Selenium 3.0/2.0/1.0 WebDriver/RC/Grid, UFT/QuickTestProfessional(QTP), WinRunner), Mobile Testing Tools (Appium/Robotium), Performance/Load Testing Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, OpenSTA), and Bug Tracking Tools (BugZilla, ClearQuest/ClearDDTS). So far he has trained 1500+ students (both In-Class & Online).
With 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, I have acquired a tremendous amount of hands-on and technical project management knowledge. My current objective is to apply my technical knowledge and project management skills to help lead a competitive growing company to a new level of success and guide them towards a new age of advanced technology.
Jaykumar has 15+ Years of experience in the IT industry as an software developer.He has core knowledge of Data & BI architecture and automation using APIs.NET, SQL Server, C#, WCF, Birst, Tableau, Power BI and Datorama. He had Developed a Trade Entry Application used by the traders at the trading floor. His goal is to teach students how to analyze the problem before solving it.
J. D. Sanders, M.Ed., SPHR, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP is currently a Business, Management & HR Consultant with over 25 years of experience and Founder/Owner of JD Sanders Consulting. He is a CEO/Cofounder of CalHRSuccess, LLC. He is a Business & HR Leader with extensive expertise in strategic management, OD, conflict management, harassment prevention, performance management, workforce planning and integration both in large and small high-tech companies. JD has worked extensively (over 12 years of experiences) with various Unions. (policy/contract development, negotiations, grievances, day-to-day management, understanding labor law, working with the NLRB, etc.)
He has experience with schools/education institutions at all levels, private and public sector entities and is a qualified Federal, California State and local contractor. He has over 15 years’ experience training diversity & inclusion and harassment prevention. He is known for the successful ability to align human resources with organization business objectives and leadership development.
He was recognized with the 2015 NCHRA Distinguished Service Award, the 2010 NCHRA Leadership Award. He has extensive experience with startups, creating organizational infrastructure and developing HR departments from scratch. He has mentored and coached numerous executives, managers, and HR Professionals. He focuses on helping individuals and organizations grow.
